Eli Manning Leads First-Time Nominees for Pro Football Hall of Fame
The Pro Football Hall of Fame has announced 167 modern era candidates for the 2025 class, including 16 first-time nominees. Notable first-timers include Eli Manning, Luke Kuechly, Terrell Suggs, and Adam Vinatieri.
- Eli Manning: Two-time Super Bowl MVP with the New York Giants
- Luke Kuechly: Five-time All-Pro linebacker in eight-year career
- Terrell Suggs: 2011 Defensive Player of the Year with 139 career sacks
- Adam Vinatieri: NFL's all-time leader in points and made field goals
The selection process will narrow down the list to 25 semifinalists, then 15 finalists. Between three and five modern era candidates will be inducted, requiring 80% of votes from the selection committee.
Manning joined Brady, Mahomes, Montana, Starr, and Bradshaw as the only multiple winners of Super Bowl MVP awards.
